Letting only service - We can find you the most suitable tenant for your property using our national and local, tried and tested advertising, our long standing reputation and contact with companies and relocation agents.

Full Management - This service includes all outlined above plus rent collection, settlement of outgoings relevant to the property and consequential maintenance, payment direct to your chosen account by bacs and hard copy statements sent direct, this is made possible by comprehensive management software. Regular inspections will be carried out to ensure that tenants are maintaining the property in good order, also ensuring regular contact.

References - We use only accredited reference agents for this purpose and are able to access services and information mostly unavailable to private individuals for checking potential tenants. Credit history electoral role, employers and previous landlord’s references are all part of our procedure for safeguarding your Letting.

Buy to let – If you do not yet own an investment property or you simply wish to expand your portfolio we can advise on the suitability of any potential property along with projected rental income prior to you making any firm commitment or expenditure.

Insurance – We can Provide information on Insurance available, specifically tailored for the Residential Lettings market.
